Organizers

Petula Guimaraes

Agile coach, entrepreneur, former developer, bad at piano and good at math, nature lover, occasional climber.

Based in Montreal, I am an Agilist at heart, passionate about team dynamics, organizational culture and personal development. I take great pleasure in helping people to find their own version of Agility and I insist on simplifying without compromising results. Firm believer of nurture over nature, my pragmatic approach to organizations is to improve the system so that people in it can reach their full potential.

Be not surprised at my resume, as you will not find me attached to roles or titles: I am happy to not fit in. In case you are wondering, I do hold formal training and certification such as CSM, CSPO, SAFE, Kanban Systems, SPS – Nexus and a degree in Computer Science.
