He specializes in the development/execution of new organizational capabilities that significantly improve end-to-end delivery of business value. He focuses on employee engagement, team collaboration and leadership development to enable rapid delivery of features, improve product quality and time-to-market reliability.


Ann-Marie Kong

 

Ann-Marie is a value oriented, resourceful, certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and certified Scrum Master (CSM) with 15+ years expertise in leading, managing and integrating small to large-sized cross functional software development projects in dynamic multi-site environments.

Her specialties include: Program and project management, vendor and client relationship management, resource capacity management, release and infrastructure management, guiding agile software development, general/operations management, process improvement, deployment and support.


Jesus Mendez

 

Jesus is an extremely energetic, passionate, results-oriented, people-helper, with more than 17 years of experience in the Software Development and IT industry. He has experience with different technical backgrounds, and experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Project Manager, System Analyst, and Software Developer. He's the author of the book "Forming Agile Teams", with more on the way.

Dale Simpson

 

Dale is an accomplished management consultant and software delivery professional, with him over 25-years of experience from a diverse set of domain areas. He's used Agile techniques since first reading Extreme Programming Explained (Kent Beck) in 2007 and then on to Agile Software Development with Scrum (Schwaber/Beedle) after which there was no turning back. Although he is highly motivated by a deep interest in emerging technology, particularly in mobility, his passion truly lays in building high performing teams, which deliver maximum value through great software.

His specialty is delivering strategic cannot-fail-projects, which have been labeled as being “impossible” due to a set of perceived constraints.


Jeff Kosciejew

 

Jeff is an Agile Magician, working with teams and organizations looking to help disrupt the status quo to find empowering ways to get work done. His take on pretty much everything is to turn it into a game, where the rules are flexible, like Calvinball.
Jeff finds it amusing to write about himself in the third person.
