Thank you to all those who came to share your great ideas!

Agile Coach Camp – An Unconference

Let’s have a conversation about what it means to be an agile coach, why it matters, and where we are headed. The annual gathering at Agile Coach Camp creates opportunities for our coaching community to share our successes, our learning, our questions and our unresolved dilemmas – all in an energizing and supportive environment. The Open Space Technology, “Unconference” format, encourages participants to join the conversation. Each of us makes a contribution to the art and science of helping people and teams be their best as they create valuable software. Share your stories, observations, and puzzles. Discuss coaching challenges you have overcome or those you are wrestling with today. Describe challenges you see emerging as we seek to improve the organization of knowledge work. Bring your questions. Test your ideas. Listen and learn from others.
